Disputing a Transaction

If you would like to dispute a wager, the outcome of a wager, or any other Transaction, please visit the Sportsbook in person during Sportsbook normal business hours. For after-hours support, please email [email protected]. You may also request a call-back by dialing (602) 922-7865. Please allow up to 24 hours for a return call. Please provide as much specific information as possible: date, event, time, amount, reference number and explanation of dispute. For further information regarding your dispute, please refer to the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
